Let Only

If you would like to manage the property yourself, this is a great service that can be tailored to suit you and your property. We will provide an expert rental valuation, market the property and carry out viewing to ensure your property is let to the most suitable tenant. We ensure landlords are protected and adhere to current legislation. We provide the most up to date tenancy agreement and protect the tenant deposit with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

Full Management

This complete service is our most popular and take care of every aspect of letting and property management. Our experience and knowledge not only gives assurance that your property is in highly capable hands, it can also save on unnecessary costly repairs. We only use professional, trusted contractors and do not charge any mark up on any the repairs. All of our services are tailor made so if you would like us to use your contractors or would like us to contact you on any maintenance issue please just let us know.

When your tenants have moved in we will carry our regular property visits and report back to you any findings. We like to keep everyone in the loop, tenants are kept up to date with any maintenance repairs and can report any issues online, on the phone or via email. We also have an out of hours emergency line 24/7

At the end of the tenancy we will carry out a full check out using the original inventory and agree any deductions (If there are any) with the tenant. Once approved by the landlord we will return the deposit. We aim for this to be a prompt as possible carrying out the property visit on the last day of tenancy.
