Founding owner of Hughes and Hughes Estate Agents Kat is passionate about the business, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property industry spanning over 15 years. Kat oversees all aspects of the business with her personal, hands on approach has created long standing relationships with clients and customers ensuring repeat custom and recommendations.

Amy Smith Sale Progression

Is our dedicated sale progressor and is the contact between the buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and estate agents. From sending out the memorandum of sale to the completion statement and moving in card, Amy keeps all parties up to date and in the picture every step of the way.

Beth Albrighton Property Manager

Is our property manager looking after landlord’s properties, carrying out property visits and liaising between tenants, contractors and landlords to make sure any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly, efficiently and cost effectively.
